Building in Southeast Mallorca
Gerardo Construcciones was founded in Felanitx by Gerardo Molina, a master builder with deep knowledge of traditional Mallorcan construction — marès stone, lime render, Arab-tile roofing, and the particular challenges of building on the island. What started as a three-person team covers the whole of southeast Mallorca today.
We work with local families and international property owners who have bought homes or fincas in the area and need a builder they can trust to manage the project professionally — even when they are not on the island.
We handle everything: permits and licences, technical direction, weekly photo updates, and clear communication in English throughout. The Molina family still runs the company day to day — Gerardo on site, Nicolás managing projects, and Laura handling client relations. We are a small team, and that suits us — it keeps things honest.
