Yes, completely free and with no obligation. We visit the property and provide a detailed itemised quote within 5 working days. If you are not currently on the island, we can start with a video call before arranging a site visit.
We cover all of southeast Mallorca: Felanitx, Santanyí, Cala d'Or, Porto Cristo, Manacor, Ses Salines, S'Horta, Portocolom, Cala Figuera and surrounding areas. For projects in other parts of the island, please contact us to discuss.
Yes — we are set up to handle projects for owners who are not on the island. We manage permits, communicate in English, send weekly photo reports, and represent you at the local Ajuntament when needed.
Yes. We manage planning applications and building licences with the local Ajuntament as a standard part of our new build and major renovation service. We work alongside your architect or can recommend professionals if needed.
Yes — all work carries a written warranty: 1 year on finishes and 5 years on structural elements. Any post-handover issues are addressed within 5 working days of being reported.
