28 Feb 2026Six PVC windows fitted on the ground floor. Still to do: 4 first-floor windows and the service door. Windows phase now 60% complete — no delays to programme.
14 Feb 2026Door frames and lintels installed in bedrooms 1 and 2. All materials received from local Felanitx supplier. Schedule on track.
3 Jan 2026Phase 4 (Windows & Doors) officially started. All apertures measured and joinery order confirmed with supplier.
18 Dec 2025Phase 3 (Roofing) signed off. Arab-tile covering complete, flat roof terrace waterproofed, gutters installed. Progress certificate issued to client.
5 Sep 2025Phase 2 (Structure) complete. First-floor walls and roof-level slab finished and cured. Technical inspection passed.
